Hawaiian Telcom and SkyWave are partnering together to provide Wireless access throughout the Hawaiian Islands for HT broadband and Skywave customers. By leveraging the new, blazing-fast Hawaiian Telcom DSL (11Mbps down 1Mbps up), SkyWave will be able to deploy Wireless Service throughout the islands, enhancing a network that is already on Kaua'i, Maui, Oahu, and the Big Island (120 Access Points strong and growing daily).

The City and County of Honolulu and SkyWave are currently working together to help push forward the "Wireless Waikiki" initiative. SkyWave is currently involved in testing new technologies with the City and County to make City services easily accessible to local residents and visitors.

The Shidler Group is the largest owner of commercial property in Hawaii. Shidler is also one of the first property owners/managers to look to leveraging communications technology to keep existing tenants and attract new ones. As part of their previously announced "e-building" strategy, Skywave is providing managed and co-branded WiFi solutions at select Shidler properties.

Hawaii Direct Telephone purchased the bankrupt assets of Summit Communications, and currently
provides shared tenant voice services into 13 buildings in Hawaii, including the Manoa
and Maui Innovation Centers, the Ilikai, and 1132 Bishop Street. Skywave is Hawaii Direct
Telephone's primary Internet/data services partner, and is currently officed in
HDT's headquarters.
